• Our orders are all hand-packed with excellent care and love by our team at Loving Crystals to ensure that your order is not damaged or faulty when it leaves us.
• However, regretfully from time to time, your items may be damaged during transit.
• If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours by email loving.crystals@hotmail.com
• Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Loving Crystals 
• The return sender is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.
• If you decide to cancel all or part of your order before it is shipped, you will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
